Counter-Notification Policy

If you believe that your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Please note that submitting false claims may result in legal liability. If you are uncertain, we strongly recommend consulting a legal professional before proceeding.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may forward it to the original claimant. If the rights owner does not initiate legal action within 10 business days, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.


Repeat Infringement Policy

WhatISTheFish.com monitors repeat intellectual property violations. Accounts that receive multiple valid infringement claims may be subject to temporary suspension or permanent termination.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or the spirit of our intellectual property policies, even in cases where multiple violations have not yet occurred.
