After Placing an Order
How can I cancel my order?
All products at WhatISTheFish are made to order.
Order cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
How can I modify my order?
You may request changes to your shipping address or size within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once production has started, we are unable to make further modifications.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
