We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $90.

Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on WhatIsTheFish.com are made to order.

Each item is custom printed and carefully produced specifically for your order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.


Processing Time

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Shipping Time Estimates

United States
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks after processing

International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the order date, please contact our support team for assistance.

Eligible resolutions may include:

  • A free reshipment, or

  • A full refund

All claims for non-received orders must be submitted within 30 days. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Tracking Information

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are typically provided 7–10 business days after your order has finished processing.

Once available, tracking details will be automatically sent to the email address used at checkout.


Why isn’t my tracking information showing yet?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment:

  • U.S. orders: up to 7 days after shipment

  • International orders: up to 10 days after shipment

If your tracking information has not updated beyond these timeframes, please contact us for assistance.


Package Returned to Sender – Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability

The courier may destroy the package or charge additional return and customs fees.

In such cases:

  • WhatIsTheFish.com may issue a refund credit equal to 50% of the product cost

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
